Minimizing Risk of Covid-19 in De Pere

To minimize risk, we will be cleaning the office more frequently throughout the day so please be understanding if your visit takes a little longer or we are not at the front desk to greet you with a big smile right away when you come in.

When you consider the number of people in the world, very few people have been affected by the disease but we have all been affected by our BEHAVIOR. Most of us do not know of anyone who has the illness but many of us have seen the panicked behavior at the stores and we have all read about it. The most important thing for us all to do is to take a deep breath and KEEP CALM. Do you need a truckload of toilet paper? NO, but you do need a few extra rolls in case we all get quarantined for 2 weeks and can't go to the store. The same goes for your food and medicines.
Hygiene has always been important part of life. Let's continue that. Washing your hands is a good thing and sanitizer is not the same thing or an alternative. Do it often.

GOOD GERMS VS BAD GERMS

There are no such things as good or bad germs. They just are germs, little microscopic organisms looking for a place to live. What is a good place? A body with a suppressed immune system is. Ever wonder why two people living in the same house or sitting next to each other at the same job don't both get sick? It is most likely not because only one was exposed to the germ. More likely is that one's immune system was working better than the other's. Eating processed foods, sugar, smoking, drinking alcohol, staying up late, physically overworking yourself and being stressed have ALL been demonstrated to have an impact on your immune system.
There are things you can do to boost your immune system and minimize your chances of getting "ill". They are:

  1. Eat healthy foods. We all know what these are.
  2. Go to sleep earlier.
  3. Find your happy/peaceful place.
  4. Get some fresh air.
  5. Exercise moderately.
  6. Get checked and adjusted as needed.

Following these points will help you navigate the next few weeks with as little repercussions as possible. If you have any questions, please email, message or call. We are here for you.
